Message I talked to Clark at JWT, who by the way came up with the Dual POP, which was only supposed to be used in racing applications. As non racers were started putting them on the cars, he had to develop the idle kit to make them street friendly.

He said the following"
"The ECU's analog input for the MAF is measured by a 10 bit A to D converter with a reference voltage of 5.120v, this means that full scale is 5.115v.
The Consult's data stream doesn't show the last digit so 5.11v and this is about 520 HP worth of air flow, so with only 3 cylinders running through it this becomes 1040 HP.
The MAF's output is not linear to flow, it is very sensitive to small changes at low flows and not much at high flows. 1 v at idle may only be 10 HP, but 1 v at the top of the range is more than 100 HP."

This substantiates Madhatter's posting above. So the 1:100 ratio is only good in assessing HP at the tables upper ranges. A person with modified tables would have to approaching 1000 HP to make any assessment. 600 HP would be too low in the table for a ratio to be used as an example.
